Guy Bowling For Perfect Game Gets Denied On His Last Throw By The Pinsetter

Posted: August 5, 2013 in Random Thought

(YouTube) Troy Walker was participating in the 2013 Luci Bonneau Doubles Tournament in Houston, Texas at Palace Lanes. He rolled 11 consecutive strikes and on his 12th ball, the rake arm from the pinsetter blocked his ball from hitting the pins.

Where’s the outrage? Where’s the chair throw? Where’s the running into the stands and starting a brawl over this? I just don’t get how the guy is so calm. If I was one strike away from throwing a perfect game on Wii and the game fucked up, you can bet your sweet ass I’d be breaking something in the room. And that’s just a video game. This guy was 10 pins away from perfection. If you watch the rest of the video you’ll see that they gave him another shot but he only knocked down 7. I guess he didn’t have the heart of a champion. You think Jordan would have missed on his second chance? No killer instinct in this guy. Maybe perfect games in bowling are more common than I think. Do I even bowl, bro?

PS – Love the name of the video. “Horrific Bowling Accident!” I thought there was gonna be some Kevin Ware shit going down with balls falling and this guy’s ankle snapping in half. #prayersforcandlepin
